Lawrence has the talent and potential to propel a more authentic brand of R&B-inspired pop music into the broader culture. You saw them open for Robert Randolph on NYE 2016. Now, Lawrence headlines in The Warehouse.

The nine-piece band is led by the brother-sister duo of Clyde and Gracie Lawrence. Clyde, who became the youngest member of the Songwriters Guild of America his work in “Miss Congeniality”; Gracie, a former child actor with a diva’s voice—draws on influences from Motown to 60s psychedelia and beyond to create music that is as much a throwback as it is something wholly novel.

“Each song was keyboard-driven, energetic and featured the mind-blowing vocal arrangements of Clyde and Gracie.” - Pancakes and Whiskey

“The rich nine-piece arrangements pay tribute to Motown, Muscle Shoals, and everything in between…” - Relix Magazine
